23:18:47 <entry1[m]> Exactly. They try to state that transaction costs are normally over 10%.... Well duh that's for Bitcoin and Ethereum. And they aren't incurring any transaction cost if they set up their own wallet (the sender would sending it ofc).

Bank transfers, credit cards and Paypal are inaccessible for millions of people without ID, don't allow anonymous or pseudonymous donations (could be risky depending on non-profit) and can easily be surveilled and censored. One comment also mentions BitPay, which requires KYC even for customers and is exactly as exclusionary as banking.
