The only issue i personally have is that the whole gitlab integration confuses the fuck out of me. I honestly don't think I could do the role (even though an extra 300 euro a week would be very much welcome).

This means (from my perspective) offering social support (general corralling of people to get involved/stay involved/hit milestones/organise meetings), technical
