If you ask for a set amount to be donated every X period you either force them to disclose their round, gross sales number since it has to be X percentage of total sales, per month or specific period. I messed around with it some and `create_transactions_2` is just really designed to have a change output / do input selection as if we always need a change output. I think trying to add support for no-change 16 destination transfers inside that function would require a LOT of logic changes. It might just <clipped message>
