08:27:57 <epochs-bulletin[> yes, my system is able to detect the ledger when I have Ledger-Live open, the firmware is up to date. I just tried connecting to the GUI with the leader unlocked and monero app open, and Ledger Live closed (I had it open before) and I got the same error.

10:52:51 <epochs-bulletin[> the I'm using a usb - to usb c adaptor, but it worked fine with updating the ledger in ledger live, I mean I could go buy a c to c and see if that makes a difference
