09:57:55 I have updated my Monero GUI to the latest version. Keystone hardware wallet is still not supported yet? 09:58:20 I don't want to put my seed phrase on the wallet directly 10:17:46 No; and no new hardware wallet was added for years already. Maybe ask Keystone directly if you want an update about their Monero integration, it is their team doing most of the work, not the Monero team 10:22:45 <321bob321:monero.social> Basically said the same thing in featherwallet room 17:27:31 I havent update feather however I was told that xmr is supported in Cake Keystone as a bridge client wallet 17:27:52 Or will be supported 17:29:21 So they can integrate their wallet into Monero official GUI? I thought they have to post merge request at github 18:17:21 How exactly the code gets into the official GUI wallet binary that you can download from our getmonero.org server is, IMHO, pretty uninteresting here. The main question is who spends the considerable amount of dev work to get there. And there it's almost exclusively the Keystone people. 18:18:26 And that's not only a question about whether the Monero devs are "lazy" and don't lend a hand here. They have to modify the firmware of their hardware wallet to support Monero, and nobody except the Keystone people can probably do that with reasonable effort. 18:20:01 The Monero core software needs something like a "driver" for the Keystone wallet as a second important part of the whole solution. And there again that will be very Keystone specific stuff that must play together closely with their firmware additions for Monero. 20:26:37 Just ask @monero twitter 🥲 20:52:18 <321bob321:monero.social> So cake wallet will mitm ?
