I am running Linux Ubuntu 24.04 and when I issue the command (wget -0 hashes.txt https://www.getmonero.org/downloads/hashes.txt) from the terminal I am getting "403" Forbidden failure message. I have been able to verify the signing key but not the hash.txt files be<clipped message>

I have cleared the cache on my browser and tried the download with my VPN disconnected but still get the failure. I have also tried it while running my Brave browser and my Tor browser but get the same failure. Can you offer any suggestions?
