17:12:50 <QuickBASIC> hyc people have made ALUs and CPUs in Redstone, but Minecraft only loads a certain amount of chunks (areas of the world) at a time, so I doubt you could design one that could do RandomX, but all the bits and bobs are there NOT AND NOR NAND XOR X OR etc, so who knows.
