16:15:33 <midipoet> It's not really random. Horizon Europe is a huge research programme with something like 80b in funding over four/five years. A wide range of entities interact with it, in collaboration, mainly as that's the whole point. A lot of great (and not so great) research comes out of it. To be honest, I think it's one of the best things to come out of Europe. Aside from croissants.
