05:20:15 <XMRpeasant> I am poking around in the new Monero GUI (Linux AppImage) and the p2pool plugin. First time I tried to start mining it said it will download p2pool then force closed. Second time it worked and it seems to be mining but I noticed when I go to SETTINGS -> LOG and type in "status" it clearly says NOT MINING. Is that because I am in a pool and the monerod itself thinks its not mining because this is outsourced to p2pool plugin ?
