16:24:13 <apotheon> farzat[m]: My experience is that WeeChat is awful as a "desktop" Matrix client, because plugin portability is kinda shitty (e.g. the Matrix plugin was broken on OpenBSD when I tried it) and there's evidently only one vi keybindings plugin . . . which blows.

21:58:08 <apotheon> farzat: I've seen several vi-like keybinding plugins for irssi.  The one I'm using was the first I found, and it works rather well -- much better than the single option I found for WeeChat.
