We got a thirty one megaoctet file to distribute privately to those CFP winners as optional OBS overlays.

It's the same kind of file as we got for DC29 just obviously with new Defcon branding to correspond with this year's graphic theme.

I put it in our Discord staff channel, because it's supposed to not be distributed publicly.
