atm our downloads page has a separate desktop and mobile view (i assume implemented incorrectly) so PR's to add / remove things involve editing raw html, using fingers to count open / closing brackets and not forgetting about the separate "mobile" view. this should instead be data in a file (yaml for e.g.) and then all the thinking is offloaded

onto a for loop that generates the different sections

<r​edsh4de:matrix.org> in this version i have one global.css file, which only contains CSS variables for font sizes, spacing, colors which are then used across all other components, each components have their own styles defined as well, but all components use the single source of truth for general things like colors

i suggest moving to css2, as nothing is easier with 1 giant ccs file github.com/monero-project/monero-site/blob/master/css/custom.css
