Hello! I was going trough the "Work In Progress" section of CCS, and noticed some cool proposals, but even tough their milestones weren't reached, I can't donate to them anymore, why is that?

The way it's presented made me think no funding milestone was reached

Perhaps it should say something like "fully funded" somewhere, although with this specific proposal I remember it being very far from complete, what happens if the "expire" date comes and it's just partially funded?
