Their response seems ok, they seem to be on the market for a long time now. Their current domain was created on 2018-03-21. Perhaps they have other sources of liquidity for XMR.

It works quite well indeed. An alternative to OXT (from samourai wallet) for any transparent chain. I tried with monero but they don't seem to support it yet.
