I see this issue: monero-project/meta #232

There were efforts to move everything to gitlab in the past but these efforts were mostly abandoned. I think the main reason was that it discouraged new contributors who already have a github account. There were probably also some missing features on gitlab vs github.

In terms of meetings, why not a new calendar-based solution be used?

Workgroups are defined with a moderator -> establish pattern of meetings -> post github issue with meeting template, scrape data per workgroup automatically (e.g for community workgroup, scrape ccs ideas and put them under CCS category in agenda) -> matrix bot listening to meeting start and end (started by moderator), records logs and uploads automatically to github
