recanman wishes to take over the Monero integrations part 3 proposal. i have made a merge request to centre our discussions around. If SerHack could give some feedback / approval/disproval that would be a great start before going further. recanman states they have used the monero php library in the past / has PHP experience to complete the proposal repo.getmonero.org/monero-project/ccs-proposals/-/merge_requests/402

Maybe for context, an app named Vipps is wildly popular. But I cannot send money because the app does not work. Due to it requires that my phone passes safetynet. Safetynet either is a cat and mouse game or requires me to install googles android which i really do not want at this point

It usually makes no sense to try to read source code like you would read a book, wether with Monero or with other big and complex software.

The usual way into knowledge of a codebase is: You want to modify something, or add some functionality, and then you find and read that particular code and try to understand it

E.g. you want to add a new command to the CLI wallet: Read the source code of that, with a focus on command recognition and processing
