thoughts on v1docq47s ccs proposal taking time to be funded? i have proposed some resolutions if people would like to discuss or vote on for Saturday repo.getmonero.org/monero-project/ccs-proposals/-/issues/153

i think most simple solution is

Payout funds for completed work, up to amount that has been raised

If further milestones are completed but funds not raised, donate/deduct funds from his old overpayments

updated the options, so paying out as milestones are completed , and donate 100% overfunding available is option 4.2... any reduction in amount requires input from proposer first
