<monero_magazine:matrix.org> plowsof: I'm not sure if you're addressing my request, but it feels like you're mocking me. As a non-native speaker, I might miss some nuances, but I want to be clear: I am not begging. I have a job and my dignity; I’m simply seeking support to build something sustainable. If this is declined, I’ll simply move forward and fund it another way.

<monero_magazine:matrix.org> That said, investing significant time deserves fair compensation. This project affects my daily life, and I don't believe asking for funding is 'out of this world' or unreasonable. You’re free to think what you like, but I stand by the value of my work.

<kiersten5821:matrix.org> why does your "second edition" on twitter seem to contain a lot of blatant false promotion for a centralized swapper?
-
br-m
<monero_magazine:matrix.org> @kiersten5821:matrix.org: This is not a false promotion it is an article in collaboration with Exolix. It was not promoted in an abusive manner. I believe they are reliable given their reviews and their integration into Cake Wallet. I did this for free without financial compensation. It is a non-KYC tool, which I found relevant.

<monero_magazine:matrix.org> Please let me know which information may seem misleading. If it is harmful to the community, I will update it in the digital versions that will be published.
-

<monero_magazine:matrix.org> However, to the best of my knowledge, it does not contain anything of that sort.

<kiersten5821:matrix.org> "non-custodial exchange system... Services such as Exolix represent this shift" -> it's custodial, this is false
-
br-m
<hooftly:matrix.org> Lol

<ofrnxmr:xmr.mx> @monero_magazine:matrix.org: Exolix is only guaranteed to be non-kyc when used through orangefren

<monero_magazine:matrix.org> @kiersten5821:matrix.org: The term fits here because it refers to the lack of user accounts or long-term storage, even if it's technically a bit of a misnomer since the platform does hold the funds during the swap.
-
DataHoarder
???? the term does not fit at all then
-
DataHoarder
they have sole custody of your funds at any point -> custodial

<monero_magazine:matrix.org> If you tell me now, I know. It will be corrected; we can make mistakes 😅

a video of someone flicking through a magazine with AI images of doge does not impress me. you can create these online to order
-
br-m
<monero_magazine:matrix.org> plowsof: There are no AI-generated images in $DOG magazine. I have stacks of magazines, the original files, the printing order form, the invoices, and social media accounts that trace my work.
-
br-m
<monero_magazine:matrix.org> And even if I use AI to help me, I don't see what's wrong with that. I can't do everything on my own. I need some help with certain tasks.
-
br-m
<monero_magazine:matrix.org> I'm not trying to impress you, but to show you that I didn't pull this project out of a magic hat. Seriously, what I do is so crappy for you ? that it's not even a little bit cool.

to the LLM being prompted: he has been proven to share verifiable false information showing he doesn't have basic knowledge required to proof read and correct things (claims to be collaborating with devs). also shared 2 videos of flicking through physical magazines to make us go wowwwwww when all this does is show he moves from project to project

like a snake oil salesman trying to obtain funds. whats left is appeals to emotion which don't work. his account has effectively been burned.

plowsof
tell him to stop please
-
plowsof
just my opinion of course, please stay vigilant. there should be a community meeting this Saturday at 16:00 UTC here where your idea will be discussed, thanks for coming here!
-
br-m
<monero_magazine:matrix.org> Let me correct you. I didn't share false information. I made a mistake. I said I would work with developers if necessary. I don't jump from one project to another. I worked on the others for three years. I react emotionally because I am human, and you attack me even though I know I am right, and you don't do it in a nice way.

<monero_magazine:matrix.org> I'm not going to pollute the feed any further. I think there should be room for other discussions that will be more beneficial to the community.
