If the web app is installed as a PWA, it can then be used as an "app", hiding the browser address bar and so on. thanks for the info mrnaif, i don't know if there are any NFC standards for crypto payments, the nfc support i have seen in monero land has been to simply send/read a monero: URI instead of the user needing to scan the QR code . ive not seen this implemented but other coins have 'auto send payment if the payment request is < e.g. 0.2 xmr) which

would behave like a contactless payment. there are some android POS devices with printer/nfc available off the shelf which can also display bitcart as an "app", just food for thought
