i didnt think to confirm on my own instance if proposals are being updated, no they are not (as im pointed at my own gitlab repo), when viewing the wallet-rpc, i seen the errors stopping "UpdateProposals" at the ideas page... adding a try catch there lets it skip the ideas and update da proposals node3.monerodevs.org:8082/funding-required
