<plowsof:matrix.org> gitlab looks to be online now. all i can think of is the back end got into a bad state from lack of timeouts on requests to gitlab (although they are now inside a try/catch - they can still hang forever spawning many threads and just freezing, which i assume was the case here) - just waiting for a manual investigation, turning [... too long, see mrelay.p2pool.observer/e/9dbJxqILUGNmZEhr ]
