Hello Monero devs!

moneromooo
Hello visitor!

moneromooo
If you have a monero development related question, you can just ask, and wait for an answer (possibly for a while).

Otherwise: hello :)

titaniumspork[m]
I'm with the ALTER team built on the SCRT Network. I was wondering if there were a core group of developers who might be interested in our product once v2.0 is released soon^tm. We got an offer for you!

It's a private messaging dapp.

Check it out. We are releasing an updated site as well. English is not the first language of who created it. We are fixing the mistakes soon.

I'm busy, but you might want to make clear whether you're looking for devs/testers/ etc.
-

And for not monero development related things, this is not the place.

The XMR bridge to SCRT is useful. The two networks are a great pair. We wanted to offer our messaging to developers of XMR for free as we currently are offering a subscription fee to cover gas fees.

I posted this here because we are interested in offering it to the devs of Monero. If there is a better place to ask I can delete these posts. No problem.

I think it's ok. Thanks.

hyc: depends libsodium failing with "configure: error: cannot run /bin/bash build-aux/config.sub"
-
selsta
have you seen that before?
-
selsta
we didn't change anything
-
selsta
-
hyc
have never seen that, no
-
hyc
strange since in line 10753 it says it's putting files in build-aux
-
hyc
by the way, why did you downgrade openssl from 1.1.1l to 1.1.1k?
-
hyc
is config.sub actually present and executable in build-aux ?
-
selsta
we never upgraded to 1.1.1l
-
selsta
I can do that
-
sech1
selsts I reviewed 7995, 7996, 8002,8011. 7995 seems to have a coding error.
-
selsta
should I just rename the variable?
-
selsta
I basically want to ignore the exceptions, otherwise the whole daemon closes
-
sech1
-
sech1
then it's an output variable, so it's fine to just rename it
-
selsta
ok, updated it
-
selsta
sech1: 7996 too please
-
selsta
UkoeHB: can you try force pushing to see if you get this error again?
-
UkoeHB
I forcepushed with updates/fixes to that commit.
-
hyc
selsta: re: openssl - actually check the git log, I upgraded to 1.1.1l, then you followed it with 1.1.1k.
-
UkoeHB
selsta it didn't reappear after force pushing
