  Using systemd monerod.service in main repo, monerod is spamming I SYNCHRONIZATION started message every 2~6 msg of Synced X/Height (Y%, (Height-X) left). Is this is a known behavior ?

  It means a new peer was found with a higher height than was known so far.

  If you get a lot of these messages, it could mean your p2p connections drop a lot, causing your node to break off the p2p network.
