  moneromoooooutputs size reduction has been really helpful. is it possible to get a similar size reduction to unsigned/signed tx payloads for offline signing?

  IIRC there is much less scope for size reduction elsewhere.

  I remember celebrating after mooo reduced the file sizes of signed/unsigned txs (meaing we didnt need 50+ qr codes anymore). Is this a false memory?
