File a bug with as much info as you can. Assuming you've double checked it's not your fault.

As much info being, version of the code you're using, commands you're using, etc. You can censor your address(es) in those.

Detailed steps. And first make really sure it's not your fault.

Include level 2 logs from the wallet trying to spend (ie, run with --log-level 2).

If the error is from the daemon, also include level 1 logs from the daemon.

And tell is if you mofified the code, obviously.

This is close to zero information. Refer to my earlier lines.

Though you can try "rescan_spent" in monero-wallet-cli (I believe there's a button for this in the GUI somewhere). Might help if the spent status went out of sync.

But it looks like it's the daemon rejecting, so: If the error is from the daemon, also include level 1 logs from the daemon.

Level 2 logs from the wallet would also help. File on github.com. Don't forget the versions of the code used. Realy, re-read my lines first.

Do try the rescan_spent thing first though. It happened in the past.
