sgp: you can get notified when a reorg occurs using the --reorg-notify parameter for monerod, then call RPC /get_transaction_pool to identify txs affected as sech1 mentioned.

<sgp:magicgrants.org> This is probably a dumb question, but is it possible for a transaction ID's details on amounts, destinations, origins, etc to change in a block of there's a reorg, or no, for a given txid, the other tx details will always remain the same even through reorgs
-
m-relay
<tobtoht:monero.social> sgp: the txid is a hash of the contents of the transaction, so details can't change
-
m-relay
<tobtoht:monero.social> specifically, txid = H( H(prefix) | H(unprunable) | H(prunable) )

Any news on the CCS Seed leak. Was compromised from the Windows machine right? Even with the private key you cant sweep any funds from the address's on the wallet. This is my first time testing out Monero looks pretty cool
-
sech1
Seed = private key, essentially
-
sech1
Both give full access to the wallet and all its subaddresses

Is there a post-mortem by the CCS treasury people out yet?
-
ferret
ahhhh --generate-from-keys wallet , the keys file holds the data which is encrypted by a passphrase pretty simple

<andrey8ezkaro:matrix.org> Hello, dear moneronians, I've a qustion, regardling the Tor configuring. So, basically, can I just proxify the outcoming transaction with `tx-proxy=tor,127.0.0.1:9050,16` used, being calm about the transaction IP "privacy", and without enabling `anonymous-inbound` option? And, as I understood, its not gonna interact to the p2p via Tor, which is just fine for my needs, but I have <clipped message>
-
m-relay
<andrey8ezkaro:matrix.org> to make sure, that setup like this will not effect negatively on Tor's actual purpose - privacy. And I also gotta say that the node is not for public, local connection only.

<andrey8ezkaro:matrix.org> Well, any thoughts are welcome, and thanks for reading )
