  i use wallet-rpc to handle payment confirmations automatically via API and mark payments as received, I didn't find any option to specify a list of monero daemons from which to sync, only 1 instance

  You can change which daemon to use with set_daemon. It is one at a time.

  I start the wallet-rpc process w/ --daemon-address provided, then connect to it through code w/ rpc-login
