  vtnerd: can you add Tor fallback when both Tor and I2P tx-proxy is setup and there are no I2P out peers? as far as I know currently it fails to propagate the tx

  I'm having the issue that I'm having lots of I2P in peers but no out peers, I don't know why. I had this with i2p-zero and i2pd.

  could it be because I'm a I2P seed node other nodes connect to mine first before mine gets a chance to make an outbound connection?
