is there a QA process or team that vets projects before CCS bounties are paid out?

cornfeedhobo depends on the proposal type. generally the payout request is left to sit for some time after being shared, if nobody raises issues then its deemed ok (within reason). if complaint(s) are made then payouts usually get delayed before seeking input from those qualified to comment on that particular proposal

we may resort to 'bringing in the Diego' if SHTF when payout updates are made
