Hello, i've ran into a problem trying to create a transaction using wallet2 (testnet), i have synced the wallet using these commands and its working but the create_transaction returns error terminate called after throwing an instance of 'tools::error::tx_not_constructed'

  what(): transaction was not constructed

which i think is  throwing in sign_transaction function
