<p​lowsof:matrix.org> sgp_ would a get_wallet?address?_lookahead be useful for merchants? or an extra key added to the `create_address` / `create_account` response to show its out_of_bounds true/false? then the docs can attach a note suggesting people check this value and adjust the set_subaddress_lookahead accordingly?
