<o​frnxmr:monero.social> Fix),. 10075 (dns) is not ready for merge, working around the clock with 0xfffc to fix an issue that causes enforced nodes who fork off to get stuck. 9901 is on master iirc, so i think is fine. 10085 probably nackd, need new pr to adjust the time we keep the invalid txs

<o​frnxmr:monero.social> 10086 (ringdb warn instead of throw) needs someone to review that the behavior is OK. I assume it just builds a new ring when it fails
