m-relay<xmrlover99:matrix.org> Hello. I'm having a problem with XMR: I sent a transaction from the Kucoin crypto exchange. The receiving party, a crypto exchange with BestChange, is trying to scam me. They claim they didn't receive my transaction. Since Monero is anonymous, a secret key is required to decrypt transactions. I contacted the crypto exchange, and they refuse to provide these keys, and without them,<clipped message>

m-relay<xmrlover99:matrix.org> I can't prove the transaction. Could you help?
