On ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, the docker engine is at version 29.1.3 w/ accompanying API version 1.52, and it supports back to API version 1.44. I can't do a gitian build because the client API version in the container seems to be 1.41. It looks like this version of docker comes from jammy universe. Perhaps I could uninstall it, add some PPI or other

repo, and install an older version of docker? I don't have time to hunt for a solution, but I'm happy to pointed towards a solution
