gitlab is down due to no space left on disk. It's likely not coming back until hw is upgraded or, if a vm, disk space increased.

So I've mentioned it a few times to core, we'll see if they do anything. In the meantime, I'd consider gitlab down. If it wakes up temporarily (it has various processes which use up and give back some amount of disk space), pull what you need.
