There are 3 files needed for flatpak. The manifest, .desktop, metainfo. Metainfo is not flatpak-specific, so should it be in flatpak/ directory? And is root/flatpak a good place?

And what about release notes? It will be need to write them in the metainfo before release. If this is a problem I may not add them more.
