Didn't take for almost 13 years, then 2017 when my burn out hit (at that time I thought I'm simply depressed, but in reality life was a bit too much since then) I would not really function anymore after all the shit and on top covid theater... The good thing is that I don't get addicted to anything even when I take stuff in high doses.

Stop something three days and I don't miss it, well sugar is a bit harder, means that I will then need to sleep at least 6-8h/day for 1-2 weeks, what at the moment stresses me out becuse of finaces
