<r​evaan:matrix.org> The wallet is in sync but I don't see my balance, it is at 0

<r​evaan:matrix.org> I'm using debain 12 as an OS and installed the monero-gui flatpak

<r​evaan:matrix.org> Instead of the monero-gui from the folder as it doesn't connect with my trezor 3 ( can't get pass the loading screen )

did it ever show a correct balance? what mode is monero gui in (settings -> info) - simple.. advanced?

<r​evaan:matrix.org> But I had multiple addresses in that wallet, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

thanks for confirming wallet mode. simple mode uses a random remote node (sometimes they're garbage, or malicious). best alternative is to sync/host your own local node ofcourse. but if you don't want to, then you need to find a remote node. first change wallet mode to advanced : getmonero.org/resources/user-guides/remote_node_gui.html

or this is just an issue of incorrect restore height, and simple mode is a coincidence, you can follow up in #monero-support for further help
