hello, I would like to suggest some improvements in monero-gui, should I open a github issue?

first, then I sign my offline transaction in view-only wallet, it says `can't sign transaction` but it actually signs and relays

also a minor thing, then using 2 wallets, you synced one, then switched to the second one and it still shows that it `synced` but actually you wait a bit and then it starts syncing

everything else works perfectly btw, love monero-gui <3
