<k​inghat:matrix.org> i have a machine with a local node that i rarely use but boot it up and sync the chain every few months. every time i have to go through the whole setup sequence again and point it to my wallet keys. then it syncs the chain from the start. all of the node node settings are blank(default). if i look at my chain files they arent increasing in size so i dont know where its starting t<clipped message>

<k​inghat:matrix.org> he new chain and putting that db at. if i stop the daemon and start it again it picks up from the correct spot and i see the correct db increasing in size.

<k​inghat:matrix.org> i dont know if this is a flatpak thing or what. i checked the gui issues and didnt see anything related 🤷‍♂️
