Is it possible to release GUI 0.18.5.1 out of band, because many people have no idea how to update P2Pool in GUI

I would prefer to put out both v0.18.5.1 CLI and GUI asap

putting out a GUI release is almost as much work as as CLI release, so better to combine them

plus we have most already reviwed monero-project/monero #10545

I'll go through remaining unreviewed PRs today
