<ravfx:xmr.mx> Wallet, on windows is anoying

<ravfx:xmr.mx> When you move the wallet from one screen to another, with different scalling level, the Wallet GUI double size, and when you move it back on main screen, it move size again. Now it's bigger than the screen, and I don't see resize cursor by the top, left, or right side of the giant window. Bottom of the window can't be reached anymore.
