Is there technical documentation anywhere on how the decentralized pooling concept works? Something a bit more highlevel than studying the source, but more detailed than what's in the README

murr4y: TL;DR people mine on a sidechain to get shares. For a share to be included it needs to fit payments to previous miners in window. If a sidechain share exceeds difficulty for Monero, it is submitted to Monero network (and causes a block to be found)

Try a non static build for monerod, or you might need to compile the dependencies manually

had to re-install some stuff and some libs were upgraded on lates debian container

I've never been able to build monerod static on my Debian boxes. From what I understand, all the libs can not be shared libs to make a static build. Too much effort. Make- release and call it a day.
