<mechanic41turk[m> "My house had a black out and..." <- Hello again. About a month ago, an unexpected blackout fried my monerod syncing process. After that incident, I got a UPS HAT for the raspberry pi 4, and I am ready to try again setting it up for monerod+p2pool.

About a month ago, when I was trying to get monerod+p2pool setup working, I remember I was advised to do, "git cherry-pick pr8001"

before "make" -ing the monerod.

Do I still need to do "cherry-pick" -ing before "make" -ing the monerod (armv8/aarch64) ?

Device that I am compiling it for is raspberry pi 4 (4 GB), going to run 64 bit ubuntu/debian.

That PR is already merge. Just check out release-v0.17 branch
