Hi, do miners with a very small hash rate, like less than 0.0004 reward per block, do they still get paid per found block? Or does it somehow have to build up more? Just a little confused since there is no central wallet. Thanks.

if you find a share then you get paid for each block found for an approximately 6 hr window

payouts are currently about .00033

you get paid as soon as any block is found while you have an active share
