u could also check your router. my new "smart" router seems to like identifying vulnerabilities and doing "smart" things

hmm, how much work overall would it be to implement a very basic monero miner to use something like a Microchip PIC chip with built in aes support?

hmm supports USB too... wonder if you could use the computer's memory to store the data, and have a USB interface to the chip to do the calculations

certainly wouldn't be fast, but cheap to expand
