you want the lowest possible latency. filling the channels will slow it down.

pauliouk don't go for the higher "mhz" (which is MT/s actually), go for lower latency. DDR5-6400 CL32 will be perfect, then you will have to tweak all the timings and it should get you to 25+ kh/s

2x16 GB is the best

but even without tweaking you should get more than 20 kh/s
