i have very serious problem with p2pool

all network freezes because of p2pool

i have only 4 peers but still freezes!

i have good speed so is not my problem

p2pool uses less traffic than Monero node. I doubt p2pool itself is the reason for your network problems.

only when i kill p2pool i can log again on my server

so is not monerod the problem

What OS (Windows, Linux, something else)? P2Pool relelase binary, or self-built? Do you mine on that server too, on all threads? Server CPU? Anything else heavy running there? monerod command line, p2pool command line? How can you kill p2pool if you can't even login? You see how many questions and zero answers so far

What CPU, how much RAM do you have there? How much free RAM when you launch P2Pool? Maybe it enters into heavy swapping because you don't have enough RAM

P2Pool is just that one last straw
