Perhaps it is in the document somewhere, but searching for Kt or "linking tag" within the document only yields steps 14 and 15.

Ah tevador, just read the updated scanning procedure. It's very clean, nice work :)

Overall, this ~final result looks very good. A manageable level of complexity with clear benefits over the current address scheme.

Honestly I never expected we would get anything close to this good when I made MRL issue 92.
