All the blockchain explorers that I know use the C++ code to verify the ring signatures. I meant that I wanted to create a verification that does not rely on the C++ code but instead takes the data from the blockchain and perform a verification using only Python functions.

Then you do not want any abstraction, but an independent implementation.
